In which Countries is Suecos.com available?

We are currently shipping to Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, Luxemburg, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Monaco, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Greece, Hungry, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Malta and Poland.

Do you restock your products?
If an item is out of stock, please contact our Costumer Service department and we will inform you when it will be available again.

How can I make sure I ordered correctly?

Once you’ve placed your order, you will get a confirmation e-mail from Paypal. In case you did not receive it, please contact our Costumer Service department.


How can I know what the status of my order is?
Our advanced shipping service will announce you on real time what the status of your order is via e-mail.

Can I delete an item of my order?
Yes. From your shopping cart you will be able to add or delete as many items as you want as long as the order hasn’t been processed.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order. If the order has already been confirmed, you will have to contact our Costumer Service department via e-mail: shop@suecos.com or via phone: +34 – 932 186 829.

What do I do if my order was incorrect?
If in any occasion you receive a wrong or incorrect order, please get in touch with our Costumer Service department.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item or damaged packaging?
Suecos.com only sells items in perfect shape, but in the unlikely case that you receive a damaged item or packaging, please get in touch with our Costumer Service Department.

How can I pay for my order?
We currently offer the following methods of payment: Paypal, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Aurora.

Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?
Yes. Suecos.com works with one of the best SSL data encryption methods on the market. By shopping on our website you will be using the Paypal platform, leader on security and payments online.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our shipping delivery times range from 2-3 days to peninsular Spain and Balears. For the moment we don't delivery to Ceuta and Melilla or Canarias. 
If you live in continental Europe, the estimated delivery time will be 3-5 working days. Our shipping company will get in touch with you to see when you’re available for delivery.

How much are the shipping fees?
Shipping costs within Spain, Baleares are Free. We don't ship to Islas Canarias and Ceuta y Melilla.
Shipping costs within the European Union are 11,90 EUR. For orders above 119,90 EUR shipping will be free.

How will my order be delivered?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail when your order is ready to leave our warehouse, another e-mail with a tracking number and lastly our shipping company will get in touch with you via e-mail or phone to set a convenient time slot for delivery for you.


Returns
How can I return an item?
If you request to return your product, please contact our Costumer Service team and state why you wish to return it. We will send someone right away to pick up your order free of charge and after your order reached our warehouse and we confirm that the item is still new and undamaged, we will proceed to return your money.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 100 days to return your item from the date you placed your order.

Do I have to pay anything to return my product?
We are working for returns can be completely free, but by the time the customer is who is responsible for paying the shipping to our offices and upon receipt of the order we handle resend for free.

How will my money be returned?
Once we’ve approved your return and we’ve checked the item is still new and undamaged, we will refund your money through the same method of payment you used.

When will I get my refund?
After we’ve approved your return and we’ve checked that the items are still new and undamaged –with tags still attached- you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that your refund will be made in a couple of days. Please keep in mind that the refunded amount always depends on your banking company.

Chili Technologies, S.L. reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition they were received.

 


Correct use and maintenance of Suecos®
How long will my Suecos® last?

The life span of professional footwear is directly linked to your work conditions and how well you take care of them. When your sole is flat and has no texture, it means it is time for new shoes.


How do I take care of my Suecos®?
Every pair of professional footwear should be clean and dry at all times. For cleaning, hand wash them with warm water and soap, dry on open air or with a dry cloth. Do not expose to temperatures above 50ºC or place them near heat sources, they could get deformed and lose quality.

Can my Suecos® be sterilized?

Yes, they can be sterilized using bleach.


Is the fit the same in all the Suecos® models?
Our fit is true to size. Meaning that if you normally wear a size 7 Europe, you should order a size 7 here. Our material adapts to the feet after a few wears.

Will my feet sweat from using Suecos®? Will they smell?
Foot transpiration is something that occurs naturally, no matter what kind of shoe you’re wearing. As a hygiene measure, your feet should be washed thoroughly every day and you should wear socks and change them regularly. Our innovative X-Cell™ material of E.V.A. reduces considerably the appearance of bacteria and fungus that produce bad odor.

What are Suecos® made of?
Our Suecos® are made of X-Cell™, a form of E.V.A. material, which is a kind of synthetic rubber that is latex-free. It is soft, waterproof, very light, flexible, antibacterial, shock-absorbent and it easily molds to the feet.

Is there a replacement for my Suecos® straps and buttons?
In case your shoe straps break or buttons fall down, we will send you the replacement, free of charge. Please contact our Costumer Service team at shop@suecos.com and let us know your shoe model, color and size, as well as how many you need and your delivery address.
